Hey there! It's great to talk to you. This is Al from Ocean Home Appliance Repair located in Lacey Twp, Ocean County, NJ. I've been in the appliance maintenance industry for over 30 years, and I'm here to help you with all your home appliance repair needs.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your appliances break down. That's why I offer a 30-day parts and labor warranty on all my work. If you supply the part, please ensure it's correct for your appliance. Unfortunately, I cannot offer a warranty if you supply the parts. If you supply an incorrect part, I'm more than happy to order the correct one for you, but please note that there will be an additional fee.

Booking an appointment with me is super easy. You can do it directly online, and you'll be able to see the approximate pricing for your repair. The basic Diagnosis Fee is $159 plus taxes and credit card service fees, if applicable. Specialty & High-End Brands and refrigerators cost $179. Please note that there is always a diagnosis fee, which is not a "free estimate". This fee is always applied to any repairs that I find need to be done on your equipment. If I find that the appliance cannot be repaired due to parts no longer being available, the diagnosis fee will be reduced to $119 plus taxes and credit card service fees, if applicable. If you decide not to repair the appliance after the diagnosis, the original diagnosis fee stated will be due.

For example, if the total repair costs $295 and you've already paid $159 towards the repair, you'll only need to pay the remaining balance of $136. Once the diagnosis is complete, the fee is expected to be paid in full. Please note that the diagnosis fee is non-refundable. If sales tax is applicable, it will be NJ 6.625%, and if there's a Credit Card Process Fee, it will be 2.99%. But don't worry, my pricing is clear and upfront, so there are no surprises. I use Flat-Rate pricing, you do not get charged by the hour.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may come up that cause you to cancel your appointment. That's okay! Just make sure to cancel before the 24-hour window of your scheduled arrival time to avoid any fees. If you cancel after this window, a $49.99 invoice fee may be sent to you. This is simply because scheduling is tight, and it's not possible to schedule more than one visit per appointment slot. By scheduling an appointment with me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
